Methods

My Therapeutic Toolbox

I combine cognitive behavioural therapy with body mindfulness, relaxation and mindfulness techniques, as well as hypnotherapeutic and systemic approaches. I select methods individually and with a focus on personal resources.

Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT)

Cognitive behavioural therapy is a form of talk therapy that focuses on the connection between thoughts, feelings and behaviour. By recognising and changing unhelpful patterns of thinking and behaviour, you can develop new perspectives and ways of responding.

Systemic Approach

The systemic approach looks at the individual in the context of their relationships and social environment, making recurring patterns, roles and dynamics more visible. Needs for closeness, distance and personal space can be explored and renegotiated more consciously. This can open up new possibilities in how we relate to ourselves and others.

Body Mindfulness & Elements of Hypnotherapy

Body mindfulness is a non-judgmental approach to noticing and observing the body’s responses to emotional stress. It helps strengthen awareness of the present moment and support self-regulation.

I also integrate elements of hypnotherapy to explore and access personal resources such as positive experiences, individual strengths and coping strategies.

About Me

My Professional Path

My professional background is in performance art. I completed a Master of Theatre at the Amsterdamse Hogeschool voor de Kunsten (AHK), where I developed a strong interest in the relationship between biography, the body and lived experience. This continues to shape my therapeutic perspective today.

Through my work as a theatre and dance educator, particularly with children, emotional regulation, empowerment and social interaction became increasingly central to my practice.

These experiences gradually led me to explore psychological and therapeutic approaches more deeply. I completed a two-year training in Integrative Psychotherapy and received my Heilpraktikerin für Psychotherapie licence in 2025.

I am currently training in Somatic Experiencing (SE), a body-oriented psychotherapeutic approach to working with trauma and the effects of chronic stress.

Costs

Costs

A 60-minute session costs €50-70.

It is important to me that therapeutic support is accessible to people with different financial circumstances. For this reason, you can choose the amount within this range according to your own financial situation.

Statutory health insurance in Germany does not cover the costs of sessions with a Heilpraktikerin für Psychotherapie. Private health insurance or supplementary insurance may reimburse part of the costs, depending on your individual policy. Please check with your insurance provider in advance.
